To create a Tumblr Application, you must be logged in to your Tumblr account. First, log in to your Tumblr account and then go to Tumblr Applications.

You will be redirected to the Applications page. Click + Register application. The screen will look similar to the one shown in the image below.

The Register Your Application page will open. Enter all the required information in the respective fields. Once you have entered the required details, click the Register button. The screen will look similar to the one shown in the image below.

Note: When entering your website URL in the Callback URL field, make sure it exactly matches your website URL. For example, if your website URL is http://www.domain.com, enter the same URL with www. If your website URL is http://domain.com, enter it without www.

After registering the application, you will be redirected to the Applications list page. From there, click Show Secret Key to view your application’s credentials. You can then copy the OAuth Consumer Key and Secret Key. The screen will look similar to the image shown below.

Copy the OAuth Consumer Key and Secret Key from your Tumblr application and enter them in the Tumblr App settings under the SAP Plugin settings page. Save the settings, then click Grant Extended Permission. The screen will look similar to the image shown below.

Important: When copying and pasting the required IDs and keys, make sure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end of any value. Extra spaces may prevent the application from working correctly and can cause an error when connecting to the app.

After clicking Grant Extended Permission in the plugin settings, you will be redirected to the authorization page shown below. Click Allow to grant the required permissions.
